Remember the MET sikh who stated that he removes his turban and dons a helmet . Did he stay "he was not stupid?"

The idea of a flammable gel on hair. Now that's a new one for the courts to deal with.

As for not having a pedal bike, when his religion demands he has a horse along with a Turban and Kirpan. (sword) at all times.

Yet we see sport figures on International TV without any of the required gear.

These self-proclaimed Saints, although born in a host country, see nationality as secondary. This was explained on the RTE Prime TV show 22 August 2007 by a Chief Super Inspector from the London MET. "I am a Sikh first and a policeman second."

On this RTE program you could see the MET Inspector making his rounds on these very same streets in Southall.

Can we not use a bit of common. Take this vegetable which is a Cruciferae and can actually be grown without the wearing of a Turban. The important aspect of the plant like many others in Ireland and elsewhere being that they don't need a religious head covering to exist and are not influenced by the ritual that goes along with Sikhi.
What is important though to us in the Emerald Isle would be Jat's from the Punjab forcing industry to remove safety rules and replacing hard hats with soft Turbans over some obscure practice.
This we have already seen tried in the Police Force here and abroad not to mention other developments overseas which are address in this blog.
