Thirty-one-year-old Ripudaman Singh was found guilty in the high court after the lower courts had held him guilty of violating the country's weapon law and ordered confiscation of the "knife".The Sikhs' mini-parliament in Denmark came to his legal assistance and the SGPC (the apex body of the worldwide Sikhs) appointed Ripudaman "Brand Ambassador of Sikhs".
